Is there tracking available on my parcel?
To keep postage costs low there is no tracking available. If you do want tracking with your order then please contact us – be aware though that tracked post is quite expensive and can sometimes cost almost 6 times as much as standard post!

The colours look different than they did on the photo
We try to take photos that are an accurate representation of the product – however, different screens do show colours in different ways, which means that sometimes there will be a slight discrepancy between the photograph and the product. Photographs and measurements are intended as a guide only. If you are unhappy with your product in any way then please contact us as soon as possible.

Does your jewellery contain nickel?
All our products are made in accordance with EU regulations, and as such have low nickel content. Many of the component parts in our jewellery are nickel free, such as the zinc metal alloy. We also use surgical steel earwires – however please note that surgical steel is not guaranteed to be nickel free and may contain trace amounts of nickel. We therefore cannot, and do not, claim that any of our products are 100% nickel free and we do not recommend them for people who are sensitive to nickel.
